got back my results for the tests yesterday
i think i did quite okay...
at least i've shown some improvements =)
but still, i have to strive harder...
can never get enough of marks

and something really outrageous happened
just talking bout it makes my blood boil

so the sides of my ez link card were bent and knda torn
BUT the card could still work
the irritating beep still sounds whenever i tap my card on the card reader
but when i boarded the bus
tapped my card
the bus driver requested for my card and then he jus said he's gonna retain my card
gave me a ticket and this paper



without giving me a valid reason for retaining my card
i was so mad i stared at him and he just continued driving
went up to confront him again when we've reached the interchange with darliyana
basically scolding him already
and theres so many times i just silenced him off
and then we alighted the bus
and one of the personnel came out to talk to me
"explain things to me" - MY FOOT !!!
such a rude fella

so he said my card needs to be retained due to the damage
and such damaged card cant be kept in the market
so i said i could go replace the card myself
and he said no !
so i was like, " i need to change another bus to go home from here, and how am i gonna do tat when u're gonna retain my card ??!! "
and he told me tats not the issue now !!! FARK !!!
and he even have the guts to say tat i've got no choice
immediately i threw into a fit and shouted, " what do u mean no choice ??!! u expect me to walk home from here ??? my house's so far away alright ! u wan me to stay here ??!! do u noe tat u're being really unreasonable.. "
and then he starts using hand gestures against me
which will definitely do him no good if i decide to sue him *grinning from ear to ear*
awww how i wish i could video tat down...
hahas.. then i can show it to everyone
and see how bad service and how screwed up SBS is... *no offence though*
oh and tat guy kept smirking... how i really felt like slapping his face

anyways i just need to get tat off my chest
and my ez link card's nice and new now... =)
oh and i argued all my way through until they had NO CHOICE but to return me my card =)
